Bobbe was awarded the first state contract to work with individuals diagnosed with Gambling Disorder and affected persons across the Southwest. She also held a contract with the Arizona Office of Problem Gambling for 7+ years, training professionals at all levels to work with individuals diagnosed with Gambling Disorder and affected persons, reaching nearly every zip code in Arizona.

With over 30 years of experience, Bobbe has recognized and treated clients with behavioral and process addictions, including gambling addiction and co-occurring substance use disorder (SUD) diagnoses. She has trained hundreds of specialized counselors internationally in working with individuals affected by disordered gambling and holds the highest level of IPGGC certification, the BACC. Bobbe joined Birches Health when the company was founded to help lead the development of Birches' best-in-class clinical program and to train a national clinical panel.

Bobbe has provided specialized care for clients suffering from addiction for 36+ years and recognized gambling as affecting the sobriety of many individuals. She continues to provide care for clients struggling with addiction, including her specialization in gambling and gaming disorder.

Bobbe has been a vocal leader in the addiction space for decades, having presented at conferences, seminars and workshops across the country.
