As Vice President of Clinical for Birches Health, Cynthia leads clinical strategy and execution, including scaling the evidence-based specialty care offered nationwide by Birches. Her core focuses are clinical quality, outcomes and building systems for clinicians to do their best work in treating gambling disorder and other modern behavioral addictions.

Cynthia is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience across community mental health, hospital systems, academia and digital health. In addition to her work at Birches Health, she maintains a private practice specializing in working with men and Veterans.
