Linear mixed-effects models evaluated changes in gambling symptom severity over 12 weeks and associations with baseline clinical characteristics. Clinically meaningful improvement was defined as a reduction of 4 or more points in the G-SAS score. The study represents the largest known real-world clinical dataset on virtual gambling disorder treatment in the United States.
